Rules on eating that frog

1. If you have to eat two frogs, eat the ugliest one first.

Ugliest Frog :- Your biggest, hardest & most important task.

2. If you have to eat a live frog at all, it doesn't pay to sit and look at it for very long.

  • The key to raching high levels of performance and productivity is to develop the lifelong habit of tackling your major task first thing each morning. You must develop the routine of "eating your frog" before you do anything else and without wasting time thinking about it.

3. Resist the temptation to clear up small things first.

4. Long-term thinking improves short-term decision making.

5. Future intent influences and often determines present actions.

6.There will never be enough time to do everything you have to do

7. You can get your time and your life under control only to the degree to which you discontinue low-value activities

8. Your weakest key result area sets the height at which you can use all your other skills and abilities

9. Continuous learning is the minimum requirement for success in any field.
